30 days of individual and collective growth
Join us for 30 days of Individual and Collective Growth beginning with an opening class Saturday January 11th from 12-2PM, and culminating in a closing class on Sunday February 9th from 12:30PM-2:30PM
In this 30 day yoga program you are asked to devote yourself to 3 yoga classes/week at Synergy with a variety of our teachers. We will weave in meditation, journaling, breath and somatic practices that will all be in a resource booklet for you to take in at your pace. We will also explore an important concept in yoga philosophy, ahimsa (non -harming) which is the first moral conduct guide (Yama) in Yoga philosophy. Together we will contemplate ways to minimize harm so we can show up in 2025 a little more prepared, connected, and empowered.

New Year’s Rebalance: Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath
After the busyness of the holidays, give yourself the gift of a mindful reset. Join Certified Yoga Therapist, Veda Spidle for this 75-minute restorative yoga class designed to gently ease you into the new year, focusing on decompression through breath, gentle movement, and restful stillness. The class will include a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra session and a soothing sound bath to encourage calmness and balance in the mind-body system. All levels are welcome. Bring cozy items like a blanket, eye pillow, and plush socks to help create a calming oasis as we start the new year refreshed.
Enjoy a warming cup of Tea and Toast tea elixir with other practitioners after class!
