Join Certified Yoga Therapist, Veda Spidle for this 75-minute restorative yoga class designed to gently ease you into the new year, focusing on decompression through breath, gentle movement, and restful stillness. The class will include a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra session and a soothing sound bath to encourage calmness and balance in the mind-body system. All levels are welcome. Bring cozy items like a blanket, eye pillow, and plush socks to help create a calming oasis as we start the new year refreshed.
