Synergy Classes provide you with a variety of options and quality instruction for each. At Synergy, we believe that a multidimensional approach to fitness is the optimal way to improve fitness, reduce injury, and introduce the element of mind body connection. Synergy classes all have elements of strength, endurance and recovery, and may be found in one convenient place. We encourage you to try each class and teacher. Each of our best-in-class teachers brings something unique to the table in terms of tone, theme, and playlist! All classes are beginner friendly, and we highly encourage all to adopt the Beginner’s Mindset, regardless of experience.
HIIT

Rigorous interval training sequences or circuits with high-intensity exercises utilizing both body weight and equipment. Think alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with brief recovery periods. HIIT workouts are designed to improve muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. All movements have scalable options.

Max Strength

Our MAX STRENGTH class is designed for those who want to build serious strength while still enjoying the dynamic energy of our high-intensity training environment. Unlike our typical HIIT classes, MAX STRENGTH prioritizes heavier weights, lower reps, and longer rest periods between sets to maximize muscle development and overall strength.
In each session, you’ll progressively work toward lifting heavier loads with equipment like kettlebells, dumbbells, slam balls, TRX, and plyometric boxes. Whether you’re a seasoned lifter or just getting started, MAX STRENGTH is tailored to help you challenge your limits and make measurable progress.
We introduced this class in response to requests from our members seeking more strength-focused training. If you’re looking to build muscle, improve power, and hone in on form, MAX STRENGTH is the perfect fit. It’s the ideal compliment to our high-energy HIIT programming, helping you develop the solid foundation of strength necessary to elevate your overall fitness journey.

Each ride focuses on improving your Performance, Endurance, Agility, and understanding of Kinetics—the force and energy behind every pedal stroke.

VINYASA - 45

A condensed version of our Classic vinyasa class meant to provide you with an opportunity to get a practice in, in under an hour. A series of postures, inspired by the flow of the breath, built to powerfully shift the energetic frequency of the mind, heart, and spirit. While each flow sequence, theme, and playlist will be unique to the teacher, you can expect that each sequence builds upon the one before it, guiding your practice to become deeper and richer throughout the class and across time. Our aim is for you to leave feeling a sense of mindfulness or presence, a deeper connection to self, and a renewed sense of both wakefulness and ease.

Kids yoga - 45
Tuesdays at 4pm with crystal
In this playful yoga class designed specifically for children between ages 3-6 your child will learn fun yoga poses that promote self confidence, as well as strength and flexibility. Kiddos will learn to use their breath as a tool to calm their minds and bodies. They will engage in mindful activities that build leadership skills, sharpen their focus, and develop an important community awareness. This class will cultivate loving-kindness and a mindfulness that will carry on throughout your child’s life.

A 30-minute express format of our traditional 45-minute sweat-inducing cycle class, followed by 28 minutes of a powerful, restorative flow to strengthen, stretch and lengthen- and of course, continue that breath-centric, focused, disciplined practice for the mind! This class aims to provide you with a beautiful marriage of yin and yang.
